PVC Windows and Doors: More Than an Aesthetic Choice
Windows have been part of building design since roughly 1500 AD, but what they do has changed considerably. Today, specified correctly, a window is as much an insulation component as an aesthetic one — and PVC systems now make up around 85% of windows installed, precisely because they deliver on both fronts.

PVC windows
PVC windows can be produced in a wide range of shapes and colors to suit a building's architecture. For a view, daylight, and an open connection to the outdoors, French-style PVC windows with adapters are the usual choice; for more unconventional opening requirements, pivot windows that rotate a full 360° are also available. Between these and the many standard opening types, there is a configuration for almost any facade.
PVC doors
PVC doors are one of the most important elements of a PVC window-and-door system, and the material's flexibility means they adapt easily to almost any application. A balcony door's swing direction, for instance, can open inward or outward depending on what the space allows. Among the door types available, folding systems stand out in particular: a wide opening onto a garden or pool keeps strong insulation values when closed, then opens fully to bring the outdoors in.
